The trend of creating watches out of bronze material is a trend that has somehow fallen by the wayside for being the popular choice of materials, but Eza Watches believes in the limitless style and functional practicality of this type of case and was inspired to bring bronze watches back into full swing. The Eza Sealander Bronze is the first of their bronze watches included in their Sealander collection and in this timepiece are various bronze parts including a solid bronze case that brings their inspiration to life.
Each Eza Sealander Bronze features a high quality, solid bronze case, which over time will beautifully show an interesting patina that will keep the watch looking visually interesting and fresh no matter how long it is worn for. Even so, you can wipe the patina clean whenever you choose to return to the original colour of the watch. The case-back of the watch is fashioned out of 316 stainless steel for durability and to eliminate skin irritation.
The dial of the Eza Sealander Bronze was inspired both by previous Eza watches as well as vintage diver watches. The C3 SuperLuminova has chunky, easy-to-see markings, and the hands are powered by a 100% Swiss Made ETA 2824-2 that keeps the time reliably. The water resistant timepiece comes with two straps, one made of leather and other rubber.
The Eza Sealander Bronze is currently being funded on Kickstarter. In the first 12 hours of its campaign, it was fully funded and currently sits at $12,461 of their $10,325 goal. There is still time to make your own pledge to get your early bird watch from Eza.
